How2 Care for your Skin


  Start by soaking your skin in warm water for 5-15 minutes.
Beauty is skin deep. So take good care of it.




Soak

Cleanse Use a good quality gentle soap or body wash to and work it into a nice rich lather to remove oil, dirt and dead skin cells.

Exfoliate After rinsing off the soap, add a dollop of body wash to your bath brush or loofah and work it around in circles over your body for about two or three minutes. Pay special attention to knees, elbows, ankles, and feet as these areas get particularly rough.

Moisturize Don't forget this step! Gently pat dry your skin with a towel and apply a good quality water based skin moisturizer liberally to the area. Let it soak in for 20 to 30 minutes, and enjoy how soft and healthy your skin looks and feels!

And Remember..
1. Drink lots and lots of water
2. Get a good 8 hours night’s sleep.
3. Avoid/Restrict alcohol and caffeine
