You will need:
2 prunes pitted and chopped
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup plain whole-milk yoghurt- In a small bowl combine prunes with boiling water.
- Allow to steep for 15 minutes or until prunes are plump.
- Drain, reserving liquid.
- Puree the prunes with enough reserved liquid to make a smooth sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the yoghurt and serve.
