Make Yoghurt with Prune Sauce

You will need:

2 prunes pitted and chopped
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup plain whole-milk yoghurt

 
  1. In a small bowl combine prunes with boiling water.
  2. Allow to steep for 15 minutes or until prunes are plump.
  3. Drain, reserving liquid.
  4. Puree the prunes with enough reserved liquid to make a smooth sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the yoghurt and serve.
